Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as Director of Environmental Services at Fountain View of Grant Assisted Living in Grant, MI. Fountain View of Grant offers a fun, homelike, family environment with varying levels of care needs.

As Director of Environmental Services, you will have the opportunity to facilitate general housekeeping and maintenance in the facility. This includes ensuring compliance in emergency procedures, MIOSHA compliance, and keeping equipment in good repair, and free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling. You will be responsible for maintaining a physical and psychosocial environment for residents while meeting or exceeding quality standards.

Qualified Candidates will possess:

  • A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required, current facility or maintenance certification preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience in building maintenance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Great attitude and professional appearance.
